In May 2023, our expert team completed the construction of a luxurious and stylish rooftop deck in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. Our client's primary objective was to craft an inviting and versatile space, perfectly suited for hosting gatherings of varying sizes. This exquisite outdoor haven is a dream for those who relish the art of entertainment. It has been reported that guests find it so enticing and comfortable they are reluctant to bid farewell.

This exclusive residential rooftop showcases a host of premium features. Sophisticated porcelain paver floor tiles offer elegance, durability and are a low maintenance solution for the new deck. The custom-designed Danver outdoor kitchen cabinets, in a rich dark blue hue, are complemented by pristine white Dekton countertops, creating a culinary workspace that's both functional and chic. For unwinding in style, we've furnished the rooftop with tailor-made Brown Jordan furniture, ensuring comfort and elegance at every corner. To guarantee an ideal outdoor experience, we've integrated three Renson louvered pergolas, each equipped with advanced controls to optimize sunlight, shade, lighting, and capacity to automatically close in the event of unexpected rain showers, safeguarding celebrations.

Adding a touch of greenery and freshness to this urban oasis, we've thoughtfully included large planter boxes for ornamental trees, perennials like blueberries, and vegetable boxes for cultivating a mini-garden of fresh herbs, tomatoes, and salad greens. The clever integration of outdoor lighting within the Renson pergolas, planter boxes, and wall fixtures ensures efficient illumination and captivating ambiance.

Well before construction began, the project involved a comprehensive scope of planning, design & permitting. This included the removal of an outdated deck, the installation of a new roofing system, and the application of Hardy board siding to all exterior walls, ensuring both durability and visual appeal. To further enhance functionality, we upgraded the utilities to accommodate the new outdoor features.
