Rooftopia completely remodeled this residential roof deck. After updating the roof itself, our team installed porcelain floor pavers over most of the deck floor, which is a modular solution that does not require future maintenance. We also incorporated an area of artificial turf for comfortable play and relaxation. The large pergola provides shade over the outdoor kitchen, custom made with steel and cedar. The lounge provides stunning views of the city and a fire table for outdoor enjoyment lasting through fall. The outdoor kitchen includes a stainless grill, outdoor beverage center and an outdoor TV and speakers wired to work with the homeowners integrated media system. A custom built planter wall, doubles as a privacy screen and is home to many stunning annuals for natural tranquility. All planters are linked with an automated irrigation system. And low voltage landscape lighting puts the sparkle on the garden elements every evening for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.
